Communication
If your student will be late or absent, please contact the school nurse at your child's building be following the directions listed for each building. All unverified absences or tardies without reason will be considered unexcused. 

Your partnership and communication is important to us. Especially in the event of an emergency, it’s important for us to have accurate and updated contact information for families. Please contact your child’s main office to update phone numbers or email addresses. 

 

Illness
Please do not send your child to school if they are experiencing any of the following:

  • Temperature of 100.5 or higher. Your child must be fever free without the assistance from fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before returning to school. 
  • Vomitting
  • Diarrhea

 

Injury 
Please email your child’s nurse with any concerns you may have regarding your child's health. If your child is ill or injured and cannot fully participate in school activities, please have the doctor write a note for the nurse. Parents may excuse their child for one day with a written note.
