PESTICIDE APPLICATION INFORMATION
New York State Education Law Section 409-H, effective July 1, 2001, Requires all public schools to provide written notification to all persons in parental relation, faculty, and staff regarding the potential use of pesticides periodically throughout the school year. Under State law, we are required to maintain a list of staff and persons in parental relation who wish to receive forty-eight hour prior written notification of pesticide applications. To register with the school to be on the list for notification or for more information, please contact the Facilities Department at (315) 524-1045.
