Wayne Central School District

We will work with staff to assess, analyze, and identify at least two to three opportunities

for improvement and responsibly allocate resources to do so. We will be involved in at least two to three professional development opportunities to ensure we are providing the resources needed.

As a board, each member will attend at least 1 event per month. We will compile schedules of events to review a month in advance. Each board member will sign up for an event they plan to attend. 

We will provide updates to the community through monthly community letters that demonstrate the ways in which the district and our students are demonstrating growth.
