Sports Approvals

Students who plans to participate in a sport must have a physical exam within one year of the start of the first practice in order to participate. Refer to school athletic page for more information) If there has been any injury that restricted participation in physical education or sports, that restriction must be lifted in writing by the physician in order for the student to play.
