Welcome to the Technology Department

The Wayne Central School District's technology vision is to improve student achievement through the seamless integration of technology into the curriculum and instructional environment. This will enhance communication between the school and the larger community and facilitate the acquisition of 21st-century skills that will prepare students to be successful in an ever-changing global community.

The Technology Department maintains the district's technology infrastructure, including voice and data networks, server platforms, desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and assistive technology devices. This includes servicing and supporting over 400 staff, 2,400 students, 2,000 computers, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, 25 servers, and peripheral devices throughout the district.

The Director also oversees professional development for instructional technology and the coordination of NYS data systems and reporting.
