Wayne Central School District Welcomes New Transportation Supervisor

Wayne Central School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Ferre' as the District's new Transportation Supervisor.
With more than 20 years of experience in school transportation, Theresa Ferre' brings extensive expertise in transportation operations, driver training, regulatory compliance, and student safety. She most recently served as Head Bus Driver for the East Irondequoit Central School District, where she supported daily transportation operations through dispatch, routing, payroll, purchasing, and state compliance. She also coordinated driver refresher training and maintained transportation records and documentation.
Previously, MS. Ferre' served as a bus driver and transportation office clerk with the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District, where she assisted with routing, driver and monitor testing, and the transportation of students with special needs. Before that, she spent more than 20 years with the Williamson Central School District, advancing from Bus Driver to Head Bus Driver and Trainer. In that role, she supported daily transportation operations, supervised driver training, maintained compliance with state regulations, and collaborated with families, staff, and administrators to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
A certified School Bus Driver Instructor (SBDI) and 19A Examiner, Ms. Ferre' is recognized for her knowledge of transportation regulations, commitment to student safety, and collaborative leadership style.
